Just watched both videos and the boiler looks great, but I have a few questions.
Does this boiler need yearly cleaning like the Munchkin (which I have installed some)?
How do you clean the burner tubes?
Can you do maintenance with taking apart the whole boiler?
Can you access the safety switches on the flue without taking anything apart?
Do you have to drain the boiler when taking boiler apart?

Yearly cleaning is recommended.
The burner tubes can be cleaned by blowing air with a compressor insuring good flow. http://www.htproducts.com/literature/lp-387.pdf. go to page 79
Yes you do need to take some things apart to do maintenance
All safety switches are accessible without taking anything apart .
You do need to drain the boiler to take the heat exchanger out. But for the most part there is no need to drain the boiler
Hope this helps
