Phoenix Multi-Fit Water Heater
The Phoenix® Multi-Fit is a highly efficient gas fired commercial water heater. It is manufactured with super durable stainless steel materials to last longer and provide optimum heat transfer. The Multi-Fit will accommodate even the most difficult installations with lower clearance and multiple inlet and outlet connections, making it easier to replace than traditional flue heaters.
Energy Efficient
According to Energy Star, heating water accounts for 15% of a home’s energy use. HTP high efficiency water heaters consume anywhere from 10-50% less energy than standard models. The Energy Star certified Phoenix Multi-Fit water heater has up to a 96% thermal efficiency rating. This means that 96 cents of every dollar is used toward heating, compared to a standard efficiency unit, which at 60% efficiency means only 60 cents of every dollar goes toward heating. The Phoenix Multi-Fit water heater’s modulating burner operates at a five to one turndown ratio, which provides high system efficiency even during low load conditions. This water heater also complies with SCAQMD Rule 1146.2 – ultra low NOx emissions – making it eco-friendly.
Versatility
The Phoenix Multi-Fit is available in 80 and 100 gallons and two BTU sizes 130,000 and 199,000. It is suitable for commercial applications.

Easier Installation
The Phoenix Multi Fit has an extremely lightweight tank and is compact in size to fit virtually anywhere. The 100 gallon model measures 63” in height, while the 80 gallon model is 55”. It is the industry’s first condensing water with top and side connection choices for inlet and outlet, making the installation process even smoother.
The Multi-Fit vents in inexpensive PVC or CPVC pipe. It has a combined vent length of up to 200’ in 3” pipe or 85’ in 2” pipe with power vent or direct power vent options.
Quality Construction
The Phoenix Multi-Fit is constructed with a 316L stainless steel tank to resist corrosion and last longer. It is also manufactured with a hybrid cupronickel/stainless steel heat exchanger for ultimate heat transfer capabilities. It expands and contracts rapidly with the change in temperature, eliminating scale built up and promoting self-cleaning.
The Multi-Fit is a multipurpose unit with the ability to handle loads for both water heating and space heating applications. Its advanced electronic control display makes it easy to program, set system parameters, and review fault code history.
