What is a combination boiler?
A combination boiler is one appliance that provides both space heating and domestic hot water. A separate hot water heater is not needed when using a combi boiler, offering space and energy savings. The combi will use an air handler to circulate hot water from the appliance through the heat exchanger. A blower moves the heated air through a standard duct within the appliance. This compact appliance allows you to achieve all of your heating needs in one small unit.
Incredible Turndown Ratio
The Combi’s pre-mixed metal fiber combustion system has an AFUE of up to 96%. It is available in two BTU sizes, 140K and 199K and in either wall mounted or floor standing versions.
The modulating technology of the UFT Combi matches fuel consumption demand to provide high system efficiency during low load conditions. All models have a 10 to 1 turndown ratio. The greater turndown allows the UFT Combi to modulate at lower firing rates which reduces short cycling, conserves energy and improves component reliability.When ordering replace * with W for a Wall Mounted unit or F for Floor standing. After W or F, add LP for liquid propane.

The Combi uses a combination of sophisticated sensors and safety devices to ensure your appliance is always functioning at peak performance.
It is also equipped with a stainless steel indirect storage tank which eliminates temperature fluctuation. Advanced controls maintain constant temperature and quickly adjust to user demand.
