The Everlast® Residential is a highly efficient electric water heater made out of durable stainless steel material to last you a lifetime. Made with heavy duty foam insulation, this unit has minimal heat loss to satisfy your heating needs. Energy Efficient
The Everlast Residential operates at up to a .94 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF). The high quality stainless steel construction of the unit and energy efficient operation allows it to provide long draws of hot water without consuming large amounts of energy. A dip tube directs cold water to the heating element near the bottom of the tank to minimize the mixing of cold and hot water.
The stainless steel elements in the tank eliminate the need for anode rods, resist scale build up, and provide ultimate heat transfer capabilities. The low watt density of the elements reduce chances of element burn out, providing longer service life than conventional elements.
The Everlast Residential also complies with the Safe Drinking Water Act (section 1417) and is lead free!

The Everlast Residential is laser welded through a concentrated heat source producing high quality, long lasting construction that is durable against leaks. The tank is 316L stainless steel making it lightweight for easier installation. It is also corrosion resistant, eliminates the need for anode rods, and protects against harsh water conditions. The tank has heavy duty foam insulation for minimal heat loss.
An Easier Installation
The Everlast Residential inlet and outlet have built in heat traps to keep the heat in the tank for greater efficiency. An electrical access panel is located at the top of the unit and a temperature/pressure relief valve is located on the side of the unit. The 40 gallon model measures 54.25” in height while the 52 gallon model is 66.75” tall. The unit comes with a T & P relief valve and brass full port drain valve.
Advanced Assurance
The Everlast Residential Electric Water Heater has a limited LIFETIME warranty when registered online. The EVR comes with a standard 10 year limited warranty if not registered.
