Easy Flex PolyPro Vent System
The 3" Easy Flex PolyPro Vent System (Part # 8400P-001) is constructed from flame retardant plastic and has a double wall construction. It features a smooth inner wall in order to drain condensation. A standard roll of the Flex Vent System is available in either 33 (Part # 8400P-002) or 49 feet (Part # 8400P-003). It is a certified ULC636 venting system.

Flex PolyPro Vent Features
The flexible vent is constructed with a lightweight Polypropylene material which provides excellent resistance to flue gas condensation in the exhaust vent of a gas fired condensing heating appliance.The vent system is constructed from flame retardant plastic (Polypropylene rated for maximum temperature of 230°F/110°C).
The Flex PolyPro Vent protects chimneys or B vent systems from harmful corrosion from a condensing heating appliance. The flexible pipe has a 45 degree maximum bending radius which allows installation flexibility to virtually any chimney.
Installing the Flex PolyPro Vent
The installation kit provides all of the parts needed to connect the flexible Polypropylene to the PVC exhaust vent from the HTP appliance.
Vertical vent installation avoids many of the installation pitfalls associated with horizontal vent system installation:
• Proper pitch for condensate drainage
• Exterior exhaust plume
• Snow drifting
• Freezing vents
Retro Fitting
The Flex PolyPro Vent System allows for easy conversion to high efficiency venting materials through existing chimney outlets for retro-fitted heating units. Easily snake the PolyPro Vent System through the chimney and center using plastic anges.
