HTP is proud to announce a quality improvement for our ELX-2000 products.HTP Quality Control has found in certain cases of ELX-2000 installations the burner can prematurely fail causing unsafe and potentially dangerous operation of the product. ALL ELX-2000 burners with the identified serial numbers are REQUIRED to be replaced as soon as possible to prevent harm to the product and possible injuries in the field.The new burner is a mesh type which is more robust and has been factory tested/proven to provide a longer lifespan than the current “Bluejet” style burner. If your serial number is valid please fill out the full form and we will send a no charge replacement kit along with next steps for proper installation and verification that the replacement has been completed.
