Equipped with advanced electronic controls, the Everlast Demand Response water heaters provide accurate temperature readings and reactive operation to ensure more consistent and efficient generation of hot water. The Everlast Demand Response water heaters operate at up to a .94 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF).
HTP Everlast Demand Response electronic water heaters provide the opportunity for the homeowner to save on their energy costs by enrolling in their utility’s Demand Response program. By connecting an HTP Everlast Demand Response water heater to the utility, the homeowner will also be contributing to improving grid stability, in-turn this helps reduce the risk of power outages in their area.
The Everlast Demand Response features an all-new i-Memory working mode. When i-Memory working mode is activated, the unit will monitor the homeowner’s water usage patterns such as when they shower, how long the shower is, and how much hot water is used. Once the Everlast Demand Response has collected enough usage data, it will create a smart schedule to ensure that the homeowner has hot water when they need it, and energy savings when they don’t.
Each unit is fitted with a sleek LCD soft-touch screen on the front of the water heater. This allows for easy view of current operational status, parameter changes, and diagnostics. Homeowners will be able to change the set temperature, get energy reports, create their own schedule, change working modes, and troubleshoot all through a user-friendly interface.

The Everlast Demand Response is laser welded through a concentrated heat source producing high quality, long lasting construction that is durable against leaks. The tank is 316L stainless steel making it lightweight for easier installation. It is also corrosion resistant, eliminates the need for anode rods, and protects against harsh water conditions. The tank has heavy duty foam insulation for minimal heat loss.
An Easier Installation
The Everlast Demand Response inlet and outlet have built in heat traps to keep the heat in the tank for greater efficiency. An electrical access panel is located at the top of the unit, the factory installed T&P relief and drain valves are located on the sides of the unit. Both the 40 and 52 gallon measure 19.50” in diameter. The 40 gallon model measures 54.25” in height while the 52 gallon model is 66.75” tall.
